Series History: A pair of Centennial Conference (CC) clashes dot the schedule this week as Franklin & Marshall's men's soccer team (5-1-3) travels to Ursinus on Wednesday and returns home to host Muhlenberg on Saturday.
The Diplomats hold a commanding 56-18-6 all-time advantage and have won two consecutive matchups. Last time these programs faced off, Alex Bilodeau notched his first career goal, a 2OT strike that delivered a 2-1 win for F&M on Sept. 30, 2015.
Against the Mules, the Diplomats have also won two consecutive meetings with the last being a 4-0 shutout last season. In that game, F&M benefited from Connor Finn, Ugo Okolie, Chase TenBrook and Zach Colton goals.
Last Week: No. 8 Rowan dealt No. 6 F&M its first loss of the season in a narrow 2-1 defeat on Wednesday in Lancaster. The result also brought an end to the program's regular-season unbeaten streak against non-conference opponents that sat at 30, stretching back to 2012.

On Saturday, the Diplomats were forced to settle for a 1-1 2OT tie against CC opponent Washington at home. Robert Maze tallied F&M's lone goal, his first career score, in the 38th minute of the opening half.

In the Rankings: F&M fell eight spots to No. 14 in this week's National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) poll. Haverford is the only other CC Institution to crack the top-25, moving up to No. 8.

D3Soccer.com has the Diplomats slipping to No. 14, down six spots from last week. Haverford also made the list at No. 15, along with other regional opponents, Elizabethtown (No. 19) and Messiah (No. 20).

Among the Leaders (CC): Jason Tonelli ranks first in the CC in points (12) and goals (six) through the opening month of the season. Okolie is tied for second with three assists, and goalkeeper Dave Reingold holds the second-lowest goals-against-average mark in the conference at 0.63. Reingold's 30 saves are tied for second, and his .833 save percentage stands alone in third.
Entering the week, the Diplomats lead the Conference with 16 goals and are third in goals against average at 0.72.
Among the Leaders (NCAA): Tonelli's three game-winning goals place him 16th nationally while Reingold's 855:16 minutes in net ranks 15th.
