LANCASTER, Pa. – The Division I Franklin & Marshall wrestling team posted one of the top 10 team GPAs in the entire country and had three individuals (Noah Fox, James Conway, Mike Waszen) recognized as Scholar All-Americans by the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA).
With a cumulative team GPA of 3.441, the Diplomats achieved their highest-ever team finish in the NWCA Scholar All-America rankings. F&M's previous best came after the 2020 season when the team finished 12th in the country. The Diplomats' team GPA was also the third-highest mark in the EIWA as the team outplaced every one of its conference foes from the Patriot and Ivy League.
Franklin & Marshall's three Scholar All-Americans also represented a new program record as F&M had multiple individuals earn this distinction for the first time in school history. Each of these individuals earned Scholar All-America honors for the first time in their respective careers.
