LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall women's cross country team has been recognized as an All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches' Association (USTFCCCA). The Diplomats earned a cumulative team GPA of 3.35 to earn the national honor.
To receive this award, programs must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.10 or higher and compete in at least five meets, with a minimum of five runners representing the school at each event.
In addition to the team's academic success, Annalise Kauffman received USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete honors. This award recognizes student-athletes who maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 and finish in the top 25 percent at an NCAA Regional meet. Kauffamn is majoring in Government at F&M and ran to a 51st place finish at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships this past fall.
