ALTOONA, Pa. – The (RV) Franklin & Marshall men's golf team shot an overall team score of 42-over par at the Sinking Valley Collegiate Classic, a two-day tournament held at Sinking Valley Country Club, to finish first out of 20 teams competing. The Diplomats carded a 23-over par team score on Monday to secure their second win this fall.
Oliver Clark led the way for F&M, tallying four birdies and nine pars to shoot two-over par in the final round to tie for first in the individual standings with Mount St. Joseph's Caden Perkins. Perkins went on to win the playoff hole to earn the individual title over Clark.

Ryan Klarreich, and
Max Silverman all shot six-over par in the closing round to tie each other for 14th in the field of 106 competitors. Klarreich tallied two birdies and seven pars, while He and Silverman notched one birdies and 12 pars each. Silverman also ended the front-nine without recording a bogey.
Winston Thai wrapped up the day for the Diplomats with two birdies and six pars to shoot 10-over par and place 21st in the tournament.
Franklin & Marshall now heads to Waynesboro Country Club on Saturday for the opening round of the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic.
