LANCASTER, Pa.- The Franklin & Marshall men's swimming team wrapped up the 2025 Franklin & Marshall Invitational on Sunday evening, finishing the event in fifth place. Across the day, they totaled 15 individual finishes in the points with top fives from Nick Lowell and Ben Lockey plus two top tens in the 400 freestyle relay. 

Lowell had F&M's best individual performance of the day, earning fourth place in the 100 IM in the morning. In the process, he set F&M's sixth-best time in the event. Four other Diplomats earned points, including Riley Williams tying for tenth, Luke Healey in 14th, Noah Drexler in 15th, and Sam Kamdin in 20th.

Lockey earned an A Final spot in the 100 freestyle and claimed fifth place in the event. Brady Saunders earned eighth in the C Final.

The Diplomats A Lineup of Lockey, Saunders, Thomas Smolinski, and Kamdin were seventh in the 400 freestyle relay, while Williams, Clarkson, Connor Marshall, and Ferris earned tenth place.  

Patrick Rooney and Healey swept the top two spots in the 200 breaststroke B Final, while Drexler was third in the C Final.

Three Diplomats earned points in the 1650 freestyle, led by Matthew Tilghman's tenth-place showing. Clarkson was 12th, while Edward Vonne finished in 20th place.

Ferris was second in the 200 butterfly C Final, while Tilghman claimed seventh in that final.

The Diplomats return in 2026 with a dual meet at Washington College on Friday, January 16.
