LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall baseball team had three named to the All-Centennial Conference (CC) team, the conference office announced Wednesday afternoon. The Diplomats had one First Team All-CC selection, one Second Team All-Centennial honoree and one tabbed an all-conference honorable mention.
Dan Galef was named a first team All-CC honoree for the first time in his career after being selected to the second team during the previous two seasons. With a 7-1 record this season, Galef sported a 3.73 ERA with a team-high 68 strikeouts in 62.2 innings pitched. The senior also recorded a save in the win over Gettysburg. In his final season at F&M, Galef broke the career-wins record with 22 total wins in his four years at the College. Galef also eclipsed 200 strikeouts for his career, becoming the fourth Diplomat to reach the milestone.
Bobby Falese was selected to the second team after a historic senior season, leading the team in batting average (.399), slugging percentage (.618), hits (69), RBI (40), doubles (21), triples (four) and total bases (107). Falese ends his F&M career first in program history in games played (169), games started (169), hits (229), doubles (52), home runs (25), RBI (172) and total bases (386).
Peter Mullen was tabbed an All-CC Honorable Mention after another stellar year on the mound. With a 3.53 ERA, Mullen tallied 49 strikeouts and held opponents to a .258 batting average in 43.1 innings pitched. The junior lefty picked up a win on the mound in late-March, striking out seven in the victory over Rutgers-Newark. Mullen notched a season-high nine strikeouts in game two of F&M's doubleheader at Swarthmore in early-April.
Andrew Filippelli was selected to the CC All-Sportsmanship team for the first time in his career. In his senior season, Filippelli hit .301 with 10 extra-base hits, including a home run in the win over Johns Hopkins. Filippelli recorded 19 runs scored and 30 RBI this season. In the field, the senior posted a .990 fielding percentage in 312 chances this year.
Franklin & Marshall concluded the 2025 season with an overall record of 21-19, while going 7-11 against CC opponents.
