GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Franklin & Marshall baseball team earned the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award for the 2024-25 academic year, ABCA announced on Wednesday. The ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award recognizes teams that posted a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale for the cumulative 2024-25 academic year.

The Diplomats earned a team GPA of 3.35 to receive the award for the ninth-consecutive year, with Franklin & Marshall being one of 168 Division III institutions and one of five Centennial Conference (CC) schools to receive the honor.

The F&M baseball team also had 14 student-athletes named to the CC Spring Academic Honor Roll and five players recognized on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Team earlier this year.

Franklin & Marshall finished the 2025 season earning a 21-19 record with seven victories against CC opponents.
