LANCASTER, Pa.- Following a week with two shutouts, senior goalkeeper
Meghan Dole was named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second-consecutive week.
Dole repeats as Defensive Player of the Week after posting two shutouts with six saves in a 2-0 week for the No. 10 Diplomats. She made all six of her saves in F&M's 3-0 win over No. 15 Cortland on Saturday after the Franklin & Marshall defense allowed zero shots in Wednesday's 4-0 win over McDaniel.
It's her second time earning the award in 2026 and the fifth time overall she's been named the Defensive Player of the Week.
Dole is currently among the statistically strongest keepers across Division III, maintaining the third-best save percentage (.903) and third-best goals against average (.334).
The No. 10 Diplomats play a pair of away games this week, traveling to Gettysburg on Wednesday, October 7, at 5 p.m. before facing No. 8 Johns Hopkins on Friday, October 9, at 7 p.m.
