LANCASTER, Pa.- For the second time in her career and the first time this season, senior pitcher Ainsley McClure earned Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Week honors.

McClure led F&M to a pair of complete-game wins in the circle, as the Diplomats confirmed the program's first Centennial Conference Softball Tournament appearance since 2017's championship-winning season. Across 14 frames, she totaled 12 strikeouts with a 4.50 ERA. Her best performance of the week came in the team's 5-2 win that locked a spot in the CC postseason, as she pitched all seven frames with eight strikeouts and two earned runs on seven hits and no walks. 

McClure had previously earned the award in the 2023 season. 

The Diplomats (17-19, 9-7 Centennial Conference) begin the Centennial Conference Tournament by hosting Haverford on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. to play into the double elimination phase of the tournament.
