Ben Dale Earns Second CC Player of the Week Honor

4/7/2026 10:04:00 AM

LANCASTER, Pa. – For the second time this season, Ben Dale has been honored as the Centennial Conference's Offensive Player of the Week. Dale earns the second such accolade of his career after posting a career-high 12 points (3g, 9a) during the 22-4 win versus McDaniel this past Saturday.

Dale's nine assists against the Green Terror were the third-most in a single game in Franklin & Marshall history while his goal scoring marked his fifth hat trick of the season. Dale is currently leading the Centennial Conference in both points (64) and assists (41) this season. His assist total is fifth among all Division III players while his point total is just outside of the top 10 nationally.

Dale's 64 points are already a top 20 single-season performance in school history with three weeks remaining in the regular season. His 41 assists are currently tied for the eighth-best single-season total in school history. Fittingly enough, his father – Jon Dale '90 – is the school record holder in both of those categories.

Men's lacrosse returns to action this weekend with a trip to Muhlenberg on Saturday, April 11. Opening faceoff in that Centennial Conference matchup is set for 12 p.m. noon in Allentown.
