Women's Track & Field Finishes Season in 36th at Regional Championship

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall women's track & field team concluded its outdoor season at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships on Thursday. The Diplomats had a scoring performance from Amanda Imhauser in the heptathlon and finished the meet in 36th place with a total of 7 points.

Imhauser recorded a new personal best in the heptathlon as she scored a total of 3,955 points to further solidify her position at second in the school rankings. Imhauser placed in the top six among her peers in the long jump (5.00m), javelin (28.22m), and 800 meters (2:30.09) on Thursday to finish in the seventh position at the regional championship.

Also on the track, fellow seniors Annalise Kauffman and Lillian Williams concluded their careers. Kauffman posted a time of 2:17.13 in the 800 meters as she placed 13th overall in the event. Williams finished the 400 meter hurdles in a time of 1:09.79 to place 16th. Max McCoy took 14th in the shot put with a mark of 12.05 meters.

With the conclusion of the track & field season, the Diplomats will depart campus for the summer before returning  in the fall when they will begin cross country training. The complete 2026 cross country schedule will be announced later in the summer.
