LANCASTER, Pa. – Aidan Toomey has been named to the D3football.com Preseason All-America Team. The anchor of the offensive line that led the Diplomats to the Centennial Conference Championship a season ago, Toomey earned his spot as a third-team center.

Toomey has played in every game and started all but one those contests during his college career and is a two-time All-Centennial Conference selection heading into his senior season. Picked as a team captain for the upcoming fall, Toomey earned first-team All-Centennial Conference recognition last season after starting all 11 games at center. He was also a second-team All-Region II selection while being part of the offensive line that was named D3football.com's Offense Line of the Week in late October.

Prior to his junior season which ended with the program's first appearance in the NCAA Tournament, Toomey was a second-team All-CC pick as a sophomore after splitting time of both center and guard in 2024. He played in all 11 games during his rookie campaign, playing both the guard and tackle positions on the left side of the line.

The defending Centennial Conference Champions open their 2026 season on Friday, September 4 at home at 7 p.m. under the lights of Shadek Stadium against Lebanon Valley.
