HERSHEY, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall captured the 14-team Elizabethtown Fall Invitational on Thursday. All five of the Diplomats' golfers finished in the top 15 in the field of 75, while F&M's scoring four all finished in the top ten. That group carded a 312, giving F&M eight strokes on Susquehanna, and 17 strokes on Gettyburg.

Jeremy Rubin shot 76 to tie for second place with Susquehanna's John Jaques. The pair was two strokes off of the pace of the tournament's medalist, Luke Smith. Smith was two strokes over par at the Hershey Country Club. The second place finish marks the first top-five finish of Rubin's career.

All four of the Diplomats' remaining golfers were within five strokes of Rubin.

Brendan Mohler shot 77 for F&M, tying for fourth with Messiah's Matt Burkhart, while Cameron Warner carded a 79 for to tie for seventh place with Susquehanna's Ryan Redfern. It was Mohler's first top-five finish this season and the fourth of his career. Warner finished in the top ten for the 11^th time through 24 career tournaments.

Freshman, Mike Levenson, rounded out the team score with an 80, good enough to tie for ninth with Susquehanna's Kevin Willett. Kevin Goserud finished in a four-way tie for 12^th place, turning in an 81.

The Diplomats are idle on the weekend, but return to action on Monday when F&M hosts the Bent Creek Invitational.
