HARRISBURG – Franklin & Marshall placed three in the top ten and finished second at the 2013 Centennial Conference (CC) Men's Golf's Tournament.  The Diplomats were nine strokes shy of McDaniel in the seven-team tournament at Blue Ridge Country Club.

F&M carded 927 over the three-day tournament; just nine off McDaniel's 918 and Dickinson took third with 933.

Dave Gilbert tied for sixth with 232 (74-75-83) with James Lillie from McDaniel taking the top spot at 291 (75-68-76) on the par-72, 6,615-yard course.

Jeremy Rubin was not far behind at 233 for eighth place with Robert Svigals finishing with 234 strokes (78-80-76), which placed him tied for ninth.

Daniel Furman carded 236 (79-75-82) and Jin Hwang came in at 29th in the 36-player field at 237 (77-83-77).

The Green Terror secured the CC automatic berth to the NCAA tournament and the Diplomats will have to wait and see if they picked up an at-large bid.
