HERSHEY, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall placed 10th at the Middle-Atlantic Invitational Monday afternoon at the Hershey Country Club. The Diplomats finished with a two-day total of 635 in the 15-team event with St. John Fisher College claiming the top spot at 604.
Robert Svigals led the way for F&M with a 13th place finish in the field of 80 golfers at 155 (77-78). Daniel Furman took six strokes off his day one total with a 160 (84-76) and placed 32nd. Henry Richards (97-74-161) improved on his first round total by 13 strokes on the par-71, 7,061-yard course.
Jeremy Rubin finished with a 162 (82-80) while Jin Hwang came in at 166 (89-77). Jesse Zorfas tallied 168 (83-85) as an individual.
F&M returns to action next Monday when the Diplomats host the Franklin & Marshall Invitational.
