HERSHEY, Pa. – Brad Lankler and Robert Svigals placed in the top-five to lead Franklin & Marshall to the team title at the 2015 Hershey Cup hosted by Rochester at the Hershey Country Club. F&M turned in a two-day total of 604 (300-304) and finished nine strokes ahead of Skidmore (613). St. John Fisher placed third at 619 and Carnegie Mellon took fourth out of 15 teams with a score of 620. The Diplomats have been dominant this season, as F&M has won five-of-seven tournaments this year.

Lankler led after the first round of action, but George Qian from Carnegie Mellon made a strong push on day two and took medalist honors with a 141 (74-67). Lankler placed third with scores of 73 and 74 to finish at 147 for F&M.

Svigals shaved a stroke off his first round of 75 and turned in a 149 on the par-71, 6,653-yard course. Daniel Furman shot 154 (74-80) and took 11th while Stephen Colodny figured into the team scoring with a 78 on both days for 156. Christopher Gabriele took four strokes off his round one score and ended with a 160 (82-78) to round out the Diplomats' five.

Benjamin Mitchell took eighth participating an individual with a 153 (77-76) and Henry Richards also played an individual with a 77-82 for a 159.

F&M returns to action on Thursday when the Diplomats travel to the Moravian Invitational.
