ABBOTSTOWN, Pa. — Three golfers are in the top-3 as Franklin & Marshall continues to lead after 36-of-54 holes at the 2017 Men's Golf Centennial Conference (CC) Championship Saturday at the Bridge Golf Club. The Diplomats struggled on day two, allowing for Swarthmore (598) and Muhlenberg (600) to come within striking distance. The Diplomats have a two-round total of 592 (291-301). 

Stephen Colodny added a stroke to his round one total and is tied for first at 145. Colodny had three birdies on the front and tacked on two more in final nine holes for a one-over 73 and is tied with Swarthmore's Vamsi Damerla.

Brad Lankler struggled on the first nine, but battled back with four birdies on the back and finished with a three-over 75. He has a two-round total of 148 and is tied for third. Ben Mitchell added four strokes to yesterday's round and is tied for third. He carded a birdie and an eagle to start out the day and ended with a 76 on the par-72, 6,713-yard course. 

Justin Lankler had two birdies in today's round and finished with a 77 today, two strokes off yesterday's 79. Jon Meissner rounded out the F&M five with an 80, adding six to his round one score of 74. 

The final round is set for tomorrow, where F&M — the three-time defending champions — will look for an unprecedented ninth Centennial crown, and eighth in the last 10 years. F&M's first golfer will tee it up at 12:26 p.m. with the final golfer set for a 12:58 p.m. tee time.
