Series History

Franklin & Marshall squares off against Colby to open the Smith Holiday Tournament on Sunday. The Diplomats have only faced the Mules once, in 1991, suffering a one-point loss, 70-69.

The Diplomats will play against Anna Maria or Smith College on Monday in either the championship or consolation game. It will be the first time F&M goes up against either program.

F&M returns home Saturday to face Swarthmore in Centennial Conference (CC) action. The Diplomats aim to extend their active winning streak against the Garnet to eight games.

The Diplomats delivered a dominant performance at Bryn Mawr on Dec. 2, 74-24. Alisyn Narracci poured in 12 points off the bench, converting 2-of-3 from behind the arc and 4-for-4 from the free-throw line.

Among the Leaders (CC)

As of Dec. 10, Kenna Williams (11.6) and Kristin Hamill (9.8) are first and second in the CC, respectively, in rebounds per game. Williams is the only player in the Conference that averages double-digit boards.

Williams leads the CC with 2.0 blocks per game. Hamill and Sarosha Parsons are tied for fourth at 1.1 rejections per contest.

Williams is fourth in the CC in field goal percentage at 52.9 percent. Players need to participate in 60 percent of team games and make three field goals per game to qualify for the shooting percentage title.

Hamill is second in the Conference with a 3.2 assists-to-turnover ratio. The senior is also second in free throw shooting at 82.6 percent.

F&M corrals 46.1 total rebounds per game and blocks 5.1 shots per game. Both are the top marks in the CC. The Diplomats are also the second-most efficient team at the free-throw line at 74 percent. Haverford leads at 74.6 percent.

Milestone Watch

Interim head coach Beth Elbon enters the tournament with 99 career victories at the helm of the Diplomats, just one away from becoming the second coach in the history of the women's basketball program to eclipse 100 career wins.

Kristin Hamill enters the week with 1,018 career points, 26 away from entering the top-15 in F&M history. The senior center is also tied for 10th on the career rebounds list with 625, 74 away from entering the top-seven in program history.

Hamill Records 1,000th Point

Kristin Hamill became the 18th Diplomat to tally 1,000 points when she poured in 16 against Haverford on Dec. 4. The senior is the first to reach the threshold since Haley Pilone '19.
