Gallagher, Hubal Lead Men's Golf at Dickinson Invitational

CARLISLE, Pa. – Continuing a busy week on the links, Franklin & Marshall's men's golf team placed second at the Dickinson Spring Invitational on Thursday afternoon. Hosted on the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course, the Diplomats were bested for the first time all year as Southern Virginia pulled out a three-stroke victory on the Par-72 course. Franklin & Marshall tied with Dickinson for second in the field following a team score of 303 (+15). The Diplomats' B team had some strong individual performances and finished just four shots behind their teammates at 307 (+19).

F&M's four best scores would have won the team title but those four golfers were split amongst the two Diplomat teams. Michael Gallagher and Jordan Hubal led F&M with one-over rounds of 73. Tyler Wassell, Jared Berlin, Connor Hicks, and Jason Koshinski all finished inside the top 10 as they each carded rounds of 76 (+4).
