ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's men's golf team wrapped up the regular season with its third tournament of the week. Playing in the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday, the Diplomats fielded two very competitive teams that placed third and fourth in the final team standings. Held at the Hanover Country Club, Saturday's event was the team's final competition before the Centennial Conference Championships next weekend.
The Diplomats' top scorers were once again split between the two squads. Dominic Sculti led all F&M golfers with a score of 75 (+4). He finished in a tie for third and was just one shot off the pace of McDaniel's Ryan McGarry who won medalist honors for the tournament. Jas Fuhrer was just two shots off the leaders and finished in a tie for fifth place.
Troy Kelleher and Jason Koshinski made it four F&M players in the top 10 as they both carded rounds of 77 (+6) on the day. Reigning Centennial Conference Player of the Week Jared Berlin also finished in the 70s at +8 for the tournament.
Men's golf will now turn its attention to the 2021 Centennial Conference Championship. Hosted at the Hershey Country Club, the 2021 conference championship will take place on April 24-25 with the tournament champion advancing to the NCAA Championship.
