LANCASTER, Pa. - The Franklin & Marshall Women's Golf team hosted the Franklin & Marshall Fall Invitational at the Overlook Golf Course on Sunday afternoon. The Diplomats competed against fellow Centennial opponents in McDaniel and Dickinson. 

Reilly Melvin posted a score of 84 and a +13 par to finish second in the individual standings. It was Melvin's second consecutive performance of a score below 85. 

Janire Vela finished just behind her with a score of 85 and a +17 par. 

Lauren Simpson shot the first round of her college career, registering a score of 120. 

F&M will return to action on Sunday, September 24 at the Gettysburg Invitational.
