WAYNESBORO, Pa.- The Franklin & Marshall women's golf team concluded the 2026 Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship with a third-place finish, while Sarah Wang tied for third place to mark the program's best individual finish in the tournament since Holly Rittmaster '22 tied for third place in 2021.

Before beginning the second round, the Diplomats had to finish the opening round early this morning following a weather-delayed start on Saturday.

As a team, F&M totaled 363 (+75) strokes in the first round before scoring 351 (+63) in the second round for a combined score of 714 (+138), marking the fourth-straight third-place finish for F&M. It's the program's second-best two-round Centennial Championship performance behind a score of 701 in 2022.

Wang finished up her first round this morning with an eight-over par 80 that included a birdie on the par-three 17th hole. She then posted a 77 (+5) in the second round with a birdie on the par-four sixth hole, marking the second-best score on Sunday. Her combined score of 157 (+13) put her in a tie for third place overall.

Riya Sood carded an 88 (+16) in the first round followed by a 91 (+19) in the concluding round for a 179 (+35), tying for 12th place. Allie Tarreto bounced back from a 98 (+26) in the first round with a 14-over par 86 on Sunday that included two birdies on the back nine. Her combined score of 184 (+40) was good enough for 13th place. Emily Pollard remained consistent, recording a 97 (+25) in each round for a combined score of 194 (+50) to claim 20th place overall. Sarah DesChamps carded a 105 (+33) in the first round ahead of totaling 110 (+38) in the second round, finishing with 215 (+71) strokes in a tie for 26th.

Marymount earned the team title for the fifth time with a combined score of 644 (+68), while the Saints' Tinleigh Rusher won the tournament a combined score of 152 (+8)
