WAYNESBORO, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall men's golf team recorded a 307 in the final round of the Centennial Conference (CC) Championship to end the tournament in second place with a team score of 892 (28-over par). The Diplomats also had four individuals finish inside the top 10 of the individual standings after completing three rounds at Waynesboro Country Club.
Roy Anderson led Franklin & Marshall with three birdies and 10 pars to shoot a 74, placing fifth with a total score of 223 (seven-over par). Additionally, Anderson earned a spot on the All-Centennial team for the second-consecutive season.
Max Silverman carded two birdies and nine pars to shoot a 79 and finish a stroke behind Anderson in sixth place.
Oliver Clark shot a 77, while
Quishi He tallied an 82 on Sunday to tie each other for seventh with an overall score of 225 (nine-over par).
Shane Lawler wrapped up the weekend with three birdies and nine pars in the final round to notch a 77 and place 14th with a tournament score of 229 (13-over par).
Gettysburg won the team championship with a score of 884 to snap F&M's four-year conference championship streak.
With the conclusion of the 2024-25 season, head coach
Andy Tompos '69 finishes up a historic career at the helm of the Franklin & Marshall men's golf program. Tompos led the Diplomats to 12 Centennial Conference Championship victories, with eight individual CC Champions being crowned during his tenure.
