LANCASTER, Pa.- Following a tie for third place at this weekend's Northeast Elite, junior men's golfer Sebastian Botero was named the Centennial Conference Co-Men's Golfer of the Week.

Botero led the Diplomats to a third-place team finish at the Northeast Elite at Williamsport Country Club, tying for third place in the individual standings. Across the two-round tournament, he posted a one-over par score of 143, with a 73 (+2) in Sunday's opening round ahead of a one-under par 70 on Monday. Across the two rounds, he recorded one eagle and seven birdies. It marks the second-consecutive top-five finish for Botero. 

Botero splits the Men's Golfer of the Week honors with Swarthmore's Frank Zhou who also tied for third place at the Northeast Elite.

The Franklin & Marshall men's golf team continue their fall slate with the two-round Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic from the Waynesboro Country Club on Saturday, October 10, and Sunday, October 11.
