LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall cruised to a third straight victory on Wednesday night, topping Dickinson 8-1 in Centennial Conference (CC) men's tennis action.
The Diplomats moved to 5-4, 4-0 CC while the Red Devils fell to 1-7, 0-4 CC.
By the Numbers
F&M was fast out of the gates, winning all three doubles matches. Isaac Salas and Andrew Pace continued to dominate at No. 3, leading the way with an 8-0 sweep.
Dickinson was only able to steal one singles match as the Diplomats rolled to the 8-1 decision. Will Samuels pitched a pair of shutouts at No. 5, winning 6-0, 6-0. Inigo Flores won his eighth straight singles match by a 6-2, 6-0 score, while Jack Rothman continued to lead the lineup with a 7-5, 6-1 victory at No. 1.
