Women's Tennis Prevails in 5-2 Win at TCNJ

Box Score EWING, N.J. – The Franklin & Marshall women's tennis team (1-2) earned its first win of the 2025 season as the Diplomats defeated TCNJ (0-3), 5-2, in Saturday afternoon's non-conference match. F&M claimed wins in two of the three doubles matches, followed by four wins in the singles matches to overpower the Lions.

The duo of Sahara Ahmad and Natalie Untermeyer earned a 6-3 win in the No. 2 doubles match for their third win together this season. Amelia Squires and Sophia Rhazali secured a 6-4 victory in the final doubles match for their first win together this year.

Untermeyer earned a victory in the No. 4 singles match to claim her third individual win of the season. Ahmad picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win in the No. 2 match for her second win of her rookie campaign. Rebecca Bellick downed her opponent, 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 5 match, while Rhazali cruised to a 6-2, 6-1 win in the No. 6 match. Both Bellick and Rhazali earned their first individual wins of the 2025 season.

Franklin & Marshall now gets set for its spring break trip to Orlando, Florida – taking on No. 37 North Central on Monday, March 10 at 11:30 a.m.
