Box Score ORLANDO, Fla. – The Franklin & Marshall women's tennis team (4-3) claimed a 5-2 victory over Sweet Briar (4-3) on Thursday to wrap up its week in Orlando. The win marked the third victory for the Diplomats in the Sunshine State this season.

F&M earned three hard-fought victories in the doubles matches to gain an early edge. The duo of Sophia Rhazali and Amelia Squires claimed a 6-4 win in the No. 2 match for their fourth win together this season. The pairing of Presley Daggett and Kakie Colclough earned a 6-1 victory in the No. 3 match to improve to three wins together this year. Jenna Harrison and Mackenzie Sherman cruised to a 6-1 victory in the No. 1 match for their first win together this spring.

The Diplomats then went on to win four of the six singles' matches to complete the win over Sweet Briar. Natalie Untermeyer defeated her opponent, 6-1, 6-4, in the No. 4 match for her fifth individual win of the year. Sahara Ahmad (No. 2) and Rhazali (No. 5) both earned victories in their respective matches to improve to four singles' wins this year. Ahmad downed her opponent, 6-3, 7(7)-6(4), while Rhazali cruised to a 6-3, 6-0 win. Rebecca Bellick defeated her opponent in the No. 6 match, 6-1, 6-2, to earn her third singles' victory of the season.

Franklin & Marshall now gets set to start Centennial Conference play against No. 26 Swarthmore on Saturday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m.
