LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall men's tennis team has garnered significant attention in the national rankings during recent seasons. In the recently released Intercollege Tennis Association (ITA) poll, the Diplomats checked in as the No. 36 team. That ranking is a three-spot improvement from where they finished the 2025 season.

The Diplomats challenged themselves in 2025 with seven nationally-ranked opponents as that slate was highlighted by victories against No. 31 TCNJ and No. 39 Skidmore. F&M is currently slated to play six other teams that are ranked in the latest release this spring, including No. 8 Swarthmore and No. 25 Haverford who also represent the Centennial Conference in the national rankings.

Individually, Luke Brodsky is the No. 20-ranked played in the Atlantic South region and was a first-team All-Centennial Conference honoree in singles during each of the past two seasons. Zac Ashtiani is now a two-time All-CC selection in singles after second-team recognition in 2025. Gonzalo Gentou and Soren Rudin-Aulenbach were also all-conference selections in doubles along with their teammates as the Diplomats look to return their entire starting lineup.

Head coach Bruce Myers will begin his first season with the Diplomats this spring. Franklin & Marshall opens its dual season on Saturday, February 14 at No. 23 Mary Washington.
