LANCASTER, Pa. -- Franklin & Marshall women's tennis fell to No. 22 ranked Johns Hopkins 9-0 in Centennial Conference (CC) play on Wednesday evening indoors at the Alumni Sports and Fitness Center. The Diplomats (2-5, 1-1 CC) put up fights at a few spots on the ladder, but ultimately the Blue Jays (3-2, 2-0 CC) were too much to handle.
Cassidy Landau, Jenna Harrison, and Hayley Bidwell all pushed their opponents to the brink with 7-5 sets during their matches, but fell in straight sets.
F&M has little time to waste, as Washington College awaits in CC action on Saturday afternoon beginning at 1:00 p.m. on the road.
