As a freshman, she was the team’s top scorer racking up 98 points in five meets. Her record in the outdoor lung jump at 17-feet and five-inches is still intact after nearly a quarter century’s worth of seasons. She also owned individual outdoor records in four events: 100 meters 12.6  (4/24/82 at Western Maryland), 100 yards (12.0 4/16/83 at Dickinson), 220 yards 27.5 (4/16/83 at Dickinson), and the Triple Jump (34’10” 5/18/84 at PSU). She was a member of the Sprint Medley Relay team that ran a school record 1:57 on April 30, 1983 at Montclair State.  She is the previous owner of two indoor track records: 60-meter dash 7.67 (3/83) and the 200 meter run 29.49 (3/83).
