Wendy Stabolepszy Bell ‘79

Wendy Stabolepzy was a center-forward on the basketball team anda spiker on the volleyball team--in both cases, for fours years.She was captain and was selected the most valuable player of bothteams in her junior and senior years. In basketball, she was teamscoring leader each year, and ended her career as the secondleading all-time scorer with 1,328 points. She holds the F&Mrecord for career rebounds (1,334). She was selected to the MiddleAtlantic Conference all-star team and was most valuable player inthe conference in 1978 and 1979. In volleyball, she helpedestablish the sport as a varsity team at F&M. Today, she livesin Manchester, Missouri. She is an administrative assistant at theSt, Louis University School of Medicine.
