Franklin & Marshall College

Lehman was a consistent ground gainer under grid coach "Poss" Miller on the football squad. His playing experience was excellent preparation for a long and successful coaching career at Cheltenham High School. Served as an assistant coach at F&M for two seasons (1930-31).

Also wrestled while in Lancaster, serving as team captain during the 1927-28 season.
