Vincent came to Franklin and Marshall from Valley Cottage, N.Y.At 6' 2'' and 240 pounds, he had the ideal physical makeup to be anoutstanding collegiate lineman. A four-year letterwinner atoffensive tackle, Vinnie started his last three years as theDiplomats dominated their MAC opponents. Able to bench press morethan 450 pounds, he was one of the reasons his teammate RobShepardson proved to be successful. Vincent was named to the MACAll Conference team in both 1981 and 1982 and earned ECAC honors in1982. The highest honor a Division III athlete can achieve is to benamed All-American. He was named a Kodak first team Division II/IIIAll-American in 1981 and 1982. Following graduation, Vincent signeda professional contract to play football with the Baltimore Colts.Graduating from F&M in 1983 with a major in business, Vin iscurrently living in Sunrise, FL, where he is the co-owner of theA-1 Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Service.
