A four-year member of the track & field team, Borosky competed in seven events and finished her career with four school records to her name. As a sophomore, she broke the outdoor triple jump mark with a distance of 37'-5", which held until the 2017 season and in 1991, she qualified for the NCAA Championships, securing 10th in the nation for the triple jump.

A versatile guard on the basketball court, Borosky was a member of all three Diplomat teams that qualified for the NCAA Tournament, including the 1987-88 squad that reached the Elite Eight and was inducted to the F&M Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011. Her 115 games played is still an F&M record. Her 250 career assists were second at the time of her graduation and remain ninth all-time, while her 99 steals during the 1987-88 season topped the program's list until 2011.
