Paige Worth '92

Worth was a lacrosse standout at F&M having twice been nameda first team All-American and All-Middle Atlantic Conference (1991and 1992) on stellar teams that made NCAA Championship Tournamentappearances in each of her four years.   

At the time of her graduation, Worth ranked sixth in career points(138), ninth in career goals (80), and was tied with Tina Stathisfor second in career assists (58).  She remains in the top 25in points and assists, and top 35 in goals. Her 38 assists as asenior had been the second most helpful season on record and stillranks in the top ten

Her junior year, Worth led the team to an undefeated regularseason with a 14-0 record and the MAC Championship.  The squadwas selected for the NCAA Division III lacrosse championships,winning its first game before falling in the semifinals, the firstsetback of the season.  Worth scored 36 goals and assisted on20 more for the 15-1 Diplomats.  At the end of the year shewas named to the Pennsylvania Region IWLCA All-Star team and wasaccorded IWLCA first team All-American honors.

During her senior season, Worth again was the team's leaderrecording a career-high 42-goals, 38 assists for 80 points. F&M finished with a 12-3 season record and advanced to the NCAAquarterfinals.  At the end of the season she was named to theMAC East All-Star team and was again named USWLA first teamAll-American honors. As a sophomore, her Diplomats posted a recordof 11-5 and won the MAC-East Championship.  The team wasselected for the NCAA Division III Playoffs, advancing to thequarterfinals.
